lawsuit for adultery

What kind of a lawsuit can be filed on the outsider by a spouse if adultery if discovered? Can the spouse attach claims on property, or collect damages from the outsider due to the adultery ending the marriage in divorce? ( even though the marriage is already emotionally over. ) What can the outsider be responisible for?

Re: lawsuit for adultery

Arizona no longer allows the lawsuit of "alienation of affections". So, other than divorce, there is likely no recourse.

If you have questions about divorce or legal separation, I can explain the issues and procedures by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail.

We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Audrey to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation. I look forward to talking with you.
