Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Legal Aid
I am a few classes away from having an AA in Paralegal Studies. In Az I have not been permitted to stay in the courtroom because his ex-wife inforces the rule that only the parties involved in the case and their counsel may stay in the court room. When I have my degree will I be permitted to stay in the courtroom as his legal aid or will they still be allowed to force me to leave? He gets really flustered and it would help if I was there so he knows what questions to ask.

Re: Legal Aid
You will have an assoc. degree in para-legal studies, not a JD in law. Legal counsel means LAWYER.
