Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I was given Legal custody of my son, now his dad and i are married...
A couple years ago my now husband was ordered to pay child support and i was granted legal custody. Since we are married does that make it null and void now? i dropped the child support , but if we end up spliting up again at first can he just take the child? or would it be kidnapping since i have the old order?

The old orders would likely be modified pursuant to a Divorce Decree. Neither of you are really entitled to just "take" the child. There eaither needs to be an agreement reached regarding access, or you should seek appropriate Court orders.
