Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
i have legal custody of my son he has lived with his grandparents for the last 13 years they took him at 9 months old and shipped me to the united states to help my sister. they said they would be up here in 2 months well 2 months turned into 2 years. They have now since disowned me and i am not allowed to go to there house to see him so i would like to know what i need to do to set up something with the law so that i can see him on a regular basis. I know that i have the right to walk in there and talk him from them but i dont want to do that yet. I want to try and set up something so i can see him. how can i go about and do that? they have no legal rights to him they have never had any legal paperwork done through the courts nor have i ever signed anything.

You most certainly should have legal rights over your child. Where do you live? Where does the child live? Where is the other parent in this picture? Where do they live? Do they have an interest in the child or does you think they may have an interest in the child?
Please provide this information and I will see if I can help you further.
Thank you!
