legal custody violation

My grandson have school year legal custody of his son the mother allowed to have the child visit her for spring break and now she want send him back from texas as agreed what do he do now?

If custody is set forth in an agreement, then the Mother is in violation of the agreement. If the agreement is part of a court order, then your grandson can request police assistance in returning the child. Good luck.
