Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Legal right of a white man with 3 kids on Navaho Land
I want custody of my 3 children who are part Navaho, and I am not married to the mother, who took my children from their home ''our home'' on Navaho land. This is my house and my kids, How do I begin to take action? I want them back, the mother is suffering from emotional breakdown and alcholic tendancies.

First, I would find out if this is a situation where the Navajo tribal courts would have jurisdiction. Actions taken on Native American land have different rules and procedures.
