Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am still legally married but have been seperated for 2 years and am now 5 months pregnant by my current boyfriend.

My "husband" had a vasectomy 13 years ago and is willing to sign an affadavit stating he is not and can not be the father of my unborn baby.

Can this be done so that divorce can proceed and not have to wait until the birth?

Yes, it is possible to get divorced and specifically acknowledge that your husband is not the father of the child.
