Is the alimony "modifiable" or "non-modifiable"?

If the court orders state that alimony is modifiable, than the person receiving such COULD request more, and the Court would then need to make an appropriate consideration as to whether a modification is appropriate.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for addressing whichever side of this equation you are on.
