Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I live in Arizona and filed a petition for divorce with child, in the original petition we agreed on joint custody and normal visitation, the respondent is an alcoholic, at the time i filed he was not drinking and things were smooth. He is now drinking again, has gotten a dui, does not have a drivers license and when he is drinking around my daughter i am afraid for her.
How do I modify the original petition? I cannot find the forms.
Thank you

We can prepare a modified Petition for you. OR, you can use the same self-service Petition you orignially used, but write "First Amended" ubove the word PETITION. Then, file with your new requests, and you must re-serve your Husband.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
