Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I live in Arizona and my Ex husband lives in South Carolina, I have never had a child support judgement against him for the 3 children we have together, I would like to startcollecting child support so how do I start and how far back can I collect for?

Has he ever lived in Arizona? Arizona may not be the state that this can be filed in. I cannot speak for South Carolina. IN ARIZONA, you could seek up to three years in back child support.
