Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I live in Arizona, Maricopa County.
I filed for divorce and my husband did not answer. I am going to file for a default, but I noticed I did not fill out the part about a visitation schedule. If the Judge does not notice that at the default hearing are they going to be problems later. My soon to be EX is in a different state, does not work and doesn't really care about visitation.
Can it go like this or do I need to start over?

I expect the Judge WILL notice at the default hearing. Your Decree MUST be consistent with your Petition.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
