If he does not reside in Arizona, then generally speaking, the statute does not require you to get his consent or a court order before you move out of state. Keep in mind that you will have to be able to ensure that his parenting time can continue as currently ordered, and if there is an increased cost of travel as a result of your relocation, you may be responsible for that increase.

Actually, there may be some notice provisions with which you have to comply. I would seriously suggest you get educated by sitting down and having an experienced lawyer review your documents with you. That might help you make a final decision on what to do.
