I live in Phoenix, Arizona,I want to get a divorce form my husband of 8years, we got 3 kid ages 5,3 and 2, he said he won't allow me to get my kids, I have no job but I have a sister who can vouch for me to have a place to stay?
Is it possible that I have the custody of my kids?

Of course you can. If you are asking about final orders, that will depend on lots of things. Having parenting time can be affected by whether someone has an appropriate place to stay but that should not affect long term orders.
Yes, of course that is possible. He does not get to TELL you what will happen with the kids. Ultimately, it is about what is in THEIR best interests, which will mean looking at all factors, and not just who earns or who has the residence.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
