Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
I live in Tucson, AZ. I have a 16 yr old son that wants a tattoo. I have said no. His mother, my ex-wife, still wants to take him to get one. I was wondering if I have any legal right to stop this? I have sole legal guardianship and custody of him. Thank you. Chris R.

With SOLE LEGAL, I surely think this is one of those MAJOR DECISIONS that a Judge would say is YOURS AND YOURS ALONE.
SO, I think either a letter from an attorney OR even a Petition to the Judge would be appropriate.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
