Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Live in Yuma, husband moved out and does not want to help with bills. We have a house that we have lived in for almost 12 years. We have a first and a second and I can't pay everything by myself. The second is money we borrowed against the house to pay off his credit card debt. We had to file bankruptcy in 2009. What are my legal rights and how can I get him to help me.
