Living will
My mother left me things in her living will,if I get a divorce,is my wife intilted to a portion.

If the property is given to you alone then it is your separate property and your wife has no interest in that property.

In Florida, inheritance is considered separate property unless it is relied upon during the marriage or commingled with other accounts or assets. If given real property for example and you then put your name and your spouse's name on it then it is the property of both.
