Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
How long do you have o be seperated before the marriage is void?

There is no length of time that you can be separated in order to "void" a marriage - if the marriage was validly entered into, then it can only be dissolved by divorce. If the marriage was invalid to start with, then annulment might be an option. The length of time married or length of time separated are not relevant.
There is no period of separation where a marriage would become void. You must file a Petition for Dissolution in order to terminate the marriage.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for dissolution or legal separation.
