Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

how long can a person have to fulfill a court order? she has wasted a 1.5yr & we are tired of waiting to go for termination

she is only doing drug test now & then but nothing else, when will the judge see she wont complete anything else? this is her requirements: Before reinstating Mothers parenting time,Mother shall attend 30days in-patient treatment program for substance abuse, attend 90 out-patient treatment, submit to a drug abuse screening through TASC, Inc& a hair follicle drug testing, submit to weekly random urinalysis screenings, attend a Parenting Skills class.

participate in Therapeutic Intervention.

The Thera.Intrvntnist must provide a recomm. when its in the kids best therapeutic interests to have parenting time reinstated between the children & moth. complete the Parenting Information Program class.attend and complete the High Conflict class, must stop any use of marijuana or illegal drugs. its like she knows if she does just a little then this can keep going and they cant do anything since "technically" she is drug testing "when she feels like it" shes even said shell keep us in court for the rest of our lives and she hasnt even tried to do the important things to get her children back. she contiunes to work for a medical marijuana delievery service and continues to use. tests have all popped positive. when the the judge say enough is enough!?? we are sick of waiting and all she does is lie to the children (shes allowed a phone call a day but hardly calls) about how shes doing so great and taking care of what she needs to to be a good mom. please answer with some sort of advice on how long this can take to be over with or advice on what we can do?

I would need many more facts about your case before giving a detailed response, but generally in juvenile termination cases, the biological parent is given a reasonable amount if time prior to termination. Is this case in juvenile with CPS involvement?

We do offer free 30 minute consultations where we can discuss the specifics of your case so we ensure an accurate response. 623-748-8973.

Best of luck!
