Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Long story short, i am in the military and i am getting married to a girl who is pregnant by another man. I am willing to raise the child. I wanted to know if since we are married the child is fully my responsibilty or if we can still get child support from the biological father. Also in the chance that we do get a divorce would i have to pay child support.

Because the child was conceived by another (and prior to your marriage), she may of course pursue the natural father for support. If the child is not yours, in the unfortunate event of your divorce, you cannot be held liable for support.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue child support from the natural Father.
