Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
How long?
My wife recently filed for divorce. How long do I have to answer her summons? I heard it's 20 days but I'm not sure if that means 20 business days or 20 days all together. Thanks.

you have 20 days if she served you in state with a process server. This means 20 days not business days unless the last day falls on a Saturday or Sunday or holiday and then it goes to the MOnday after or to the day after if it falls on a holiday.
