Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Lose by defult

My boyfriend has lost his divorce battle and custody/visitaion of his children because he did not know the court date and did not show up for court, We belive he has lost by default. Is there anything he can do? Can he go back to court? This has been going on for a year and he filed the paperwork for a continuance and it was not granted but he received no notification, he did not have an attorney at the time.

Re: Lose by defult

He can ALWAYS seek a modification of his parenting time, and may be able to set aside the previous Orders. It depends upon all facts and circumstances. I would need to know a lot more.

We can absolutely help.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
