Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Making the ex follow the court orders in re: 401K and retirement.

I am in Phoenix,Arizona. I was divorced last August after 16 years of marriage. It is in the papers that he turn over the community property share of his 401K and the retirement pension. I need help to get this to happen, since he keeps putting it off. I also have two lawsuits pending, that he is to receive half of when and if they occur, and I would like to know if I can change that since there has been so many problems with him doing what has been ordered.

We can certainly assist you in forcing the division of the 401(k). Please call me to discuss the specifics.

You can probably only change his interest in the lawsuits to the same extent he has harmed you by his delays, which is probably only an amount equal to your attorney's fees incurred.

Again, please call me to discuss these matters in more detail.
