Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
My male friend is trying to get a divorce, however his soon to be ex wife put a no contact order on him. He also has no idea of her whereabouts and there is a possibility of her being in another state. How is he supposed to go about that?

He can have her served "by publication", but this limits what kind of divorce orders a judge can enter.
