Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am a Male and have had sole custody of my 11 year old daughter since she was about 3 years old. My ex moved out of state about that time and is now moving back into the area with her husband. She hasn't had contact with my daughter other than one time since[ex's choice] Does she have any rights to visitatation ?

There are alot of things to consider as to how to address allowing visitation, if any. The first thing you could consider is taking steps to terminate her rights altogether. BUT, I would need to know more to properly advise you.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
