Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Married business owner...

My husband got into a business with a partner 10 years ago then purchased that business from the parnter(7 yrs ago) from a partner during our marriage(11 years ago). He owns 100% of the shares. We work the business together. My blood sweat, tears and stress is from this business too. If we get divorced, do I have any rights to some of the business?

Yes, the business is community property and therefore, generally, you would have a 1/2 interest in the interest owned by your husband. Generally, any assets and debts incurred during marriage will be community.
