Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Once a married couple agrees and signs to sell their house. can one person take the money out of the joint account without having issues later? There are no court papers filed from either party for divorce or legal separation.

Need more information. What is the money for? Will a comparable asset be given to the other spouse? Etc.?
