i am currently married and possible divorce we bought a car and it is fully restored .. how can i protect it from being sold by husband value 50 thousand

ONCE YOU FILE and have him served, he cannot sell any community assets, per what is called a "Preliminary Injunction". Also, if you think he may VIOLATE the Preliminary Injunction, we could seek a Temporary Court Order addressing the concern.
