Based upon the facts as you've written them, the first marriage is still in place, and the second marriage was ineffective.

Certainly your best option is to immediately file for divorce against the first Wife, and then to formally remarry the second once the dissolution is completed. If you and your second Wife wanted to, you could also draft an Agreement which would allow all property and debt issues to relate back to the (ineffective) wedding date.
