Because you reside in Arizona, you should be able to divorce here, even though you were married elsewhere; however, there may be other factors to consider, such as where your ex-wife lives, and whether you have children under the age of 18 and where they live. A divorce that is validly granted in one state is recognized in any other state. I recommend you speak with an attorney in your area to discuss your options.

You can/should file in Arizona. However, if you need orders regarding property, debt or support, then Arizona will have to have "personal jurisdiction" over your Wife. If those issues are not important to you, then yes you can easily get divorced in Arizona even without personal jurisdiction.
