Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I was married in morocco in 2006, he did not get a visa to come here, has never been here. He filed for divorce or so he told me, more then 1 year ago. So I asumed we were divorced and I re married, now he tells me he did not file the divorce what do I do now ?

You may still be legally married. You need to obtain proof that there was a divorce (default, I guess, since you were not involved) through a Dissolution of Marriage document or something like that.

If you are still married, you will not be considered legally married to your new spouse. You will have to obtain a divorce from your first spouse and then remarry your second spouse.

You could/should file for divorce, where here or there. If you have property or debt together, you may need to file in Morocco. If you have no property or debts to worry about, you could file here.
