Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am married but seperated with a 13 yr old daughter, she has been living with her father in Nevada for three months, he is now trying to file for custody because he dosn't want me to take her back to AZ. This was agreed to be only temporary, but now - this. He has a history of abuse with court ordered anger management classes ( towards my first child who was not his). Any suggestions would truly help.

If the case is in Nevada, I cannot provide legal advice. If its an Arizona case, please schedule a time to meet with us. We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
