Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Hi ive been married for over 5 years now, and my wife isnt happy anymore, so it might be divorce time, we have a 3 year old daughter, a morgage, and 2 suv's, mine is paid for, hers i co-signed on, the house is in both our name, but she bought the house in 2001, she says its hers, she has a domestic violence record, she goes on august 30th for for hitting me in our home one evening, i just did care credit for a boob job for $5500.00 and hers was $3500.00 on her half, so what legal options do i have, i just want to move out and get my own place, but dont want to walk away, what do i do and thanks Joe.
