Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

If i marry my boyfriend can the state of mn go after me for his child support or take my tax refunds or any inheritance i may recieve or 401k ?

No. At present the law in Arizona only recognizes the income and assets of the parents in determining child support. This may change, as there is a proposal to have any spouse's income considered up to 50%. But for now, you're safe. Plus, if you have any separate property (like an inheritance that you then keep or invest in something separate from your significant other's funds) it would stay your separate property, regardless of any question about his child support responsibilities.
