Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

By myself

I am currently going to go into mediation. I do not have a lawyer and my ex does. Where are going in to decided what will happened with our kids. She is a difficult person and I am willing to make things easy as possible for the courts. Is she allowed to have a lawyer present when I do not?

Depends on the type of mediation, it may be for the parties only. Call the clerk of the court and ask or review your notice of mediation. Sounds like you have the right approach, both parties should and usually end up compromising. Good luck
