There are two men as possible fathers but the mother moved the child out of state what can we do to establish paternity? One alleged father is incarcerated the mother is incarcerated and I am the other alleged father. The child was born in Arizona but since the mother has been incarcerated and had her mother come and get the baby. I need to establish my parental rights if the child is mine.

Unless Mother will voluntarily submit to DNA testing, then you must file a Paternity Action to force DNA testing.
We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for addressing Paternity. This is obviously a very important matter, and he should not go in alone.
One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.
Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
