Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I'm in the middle of divorce and as my spouse is not employed I have not asked for child support. My 2 children will primarily live with me (he will most likely be moving in with a relative where there will be no place for the children to stay). The questions I have are (1) Will I still be required to pay him child support even if the children are living with me and (2) If he becomes employed in the future and we can not work out a financial agreement between ourselves for (him paying me) child support, can I address it then? Thanks

If the children are primarily with you, then it's less likely you will have to pay child support. There is an online child support calculator that you can use to determine whether or how much child support would be due and by whom. Yes, you can address the child suppport issue if there is a significant change in circumstances, i.e. he becomes employed.
