Military divorce with child
My husband and I are getting ready to go thru a divorce but I just learned that while he was stationed in Korea he got a Philipino girl pregnant? He is active duty AF and we are married still, what legal rights do I have because he commited adultery plus got someone pregnant? We also have a 4 y/o little boy. No papers have been filed yet either.

Since Arizona is a no-fault divorce state, his adultery does not really have an effect on your divorce. It does not affect any support claim you might make and it does not affect the distribution of your assets and debts. There is obviously going to be some emotional fallout from his actions, but the parties' rights in a divorce are not affected by emotion claims.
