Of course! You can always modify a custody order if there has been a continuing and changing circumstance. If you can show that things have changed since the last Order, then a judge would certainly consider that and either allow a different person to supervise the visits or allow you to have unsupervised visitation. The standard is "the best interest of the children." Again, if you can show that the reasons why visitation was supervised in the first place have changed, and this change is for the betterment of your self, then you would have a good chance to be able to change or modify the original order.
