Modify child custody and support if order is in Arizona

Can I modify child custody and support from here in Idaho if the original court order is from Arizona. My child now resides with me and I am paying child support to ex in Arizona.

You likely can only modify it in Arizona, unless Idaho otherwise has "jurisdiction" over Mother (i.e. if she has lived there or has significant contacts there).
