Modify Custody from Sole to Joint

my question is how can I get joint cusody after my daughters (she is 7) father recived sole custody. there was never any neglect or abuse proven and I have 3 full grown successful daughters, and my daughter would like more time with her familyand us with her.

First of all, custody and parenting time are two very distinct things. Custody is legal decision making. Parenting time is time spent. So, if you want to try and modify, you can do so by filing such an action with the court. The burden is on you to show that there has been a substantial and continuing change of circumstances warrant such a change.
