Mother with no record being treated as a criminal.
Can my ex husband request for me to submit various types of drug tests based on hearsay, and the offer to pay for the testing?

If your ex can articulate a reason why he believes you may be using drugs, then a judge can order the testing. By offering to pay, he is eliminating the possibility that you could claim you can't afford to test. In my experience, the best way to prove that you are not using drugs is to agree to take the drug test.
