Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
If a mother takes a father to court because he lied to the Courts about an agreement that the mother and him had made regarding custody of a child and the initial agreement was thrown out by his attorney and a different agreement put in place and the case was transferred to another state due to the child residing in that state for 2/1/2 years due to the father being deployed and not consenting with the mother when they both have joint custody and allowing a third party, his wife to parent the child instead of the mother and a hearing is held in the other state where the father is clearly admits that he did make an agreement with the mother once questioned in cross examination by the mother representing herself, can the mother request the courts that did have previous jurisdiction do a UCCJEA Conference since the father lied to the Courts about the agreement and in several of his pleadings to the other court in the state the mother resided in? Can the mother still have say if the case has already been transferred to the other state but the mother reports that the father lied to the courts she resides in?

In order to have this questioned answered, you will need a private consultation with an experienced family law attorney - one who also knows the UCCJEA - and who can be retained to review the record in its entirety and respond to you properly.
If you are asking about lying, if it was under oath - it may be perjury, and if it is determined to be perjury or fraud, the court may have a basis to unwind part or all of the previous court proceeding or re-open the closed matter.
