Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Motion for Court to Sign Quit Claim Deed

I received this in the mail. Can you tell me the procedure that takes place now. I want to be heard why I don't want to sign until other

issues are resolved. Do I need to do something or do I wait for the court to contact me. I want to present my side.

Re: Motion for Court to Sign Quit Claim Deed

Any attachment you may have made to your Law Guru request did not transfer to the e-mail sent out. I assume that the Quick Claim deed related to a Divorce? DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING YOU DONT UNDERSTAND. You can put your side of the story in a written Motion or letter to the court and send a copy to the other side. You may e-mail did not contain a zip code, so I dont know what county you are in. I practice in Southern Arizona, not in Maricopa County. Can you afford to hire an attorney? If not, you can contact Legal Aid; check http://www.azlawhelp.org/ for your local office. GOOD LUCK.
