Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

They are moving away with my child....

I am a father currently in NY while my daughter is in AZ. Her mother recently married and they are moving to Washington State. How will I ever find them. The NEW dad says ''go away''. I am a really nice person and a great Dad. My whole family sends new clothes to my daughter every season or when she grows. Can she just split like this? How would custody work? There is no visistation ruleing as of yet.

Re: They are moving away with my child....

If there is any chance we can "catch" her before she relocates, I can certainly make some things happen for you.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
