Moving children out of state

Here's the story. 2 children 7 & 4. Divorce decree is in the state of Hawaii, (mother & children living in AZ) states joint legal custody, mother primary physical custody in AZ. When father moves to AZ, physical custody becomes joint as stated in decree. Father moves to AZ & the mother than wants to move children to another state. What are father's rights & how can he keep her from moving kids.

You should get the Hawaii documents immediately -certified copies and domesticate them in AZ. You should then immediately file a motion to bar relocation. YOu may have to act very quickly though.
