non biological father rights

Im 7 months pregnant. Im not with the babys father anymore. Im getting married to another man before the baby is born. what legal rights will my soon to be husband have? The other person is not in my life but says he wants a dna test proving he is the biological father. will he have any rights if my husband signs the birth certificate?
