Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Non Custodial Parent take child on V acation

I am the Non-Custodial parent and have visitation rights every weekend and would like to take my child on vacation to California. Do I need the custodial parent's authorization?

Depends upon the specifics of your Orders. IF there are no restrictions on out-of-state travel, and IF you are using your time only (not interfering with her time), then perhaps its OK. You may want to consider giving her courtesy notice of the itinerary. Again, I guess the most direct answer is to simply insure that you abide by your orders.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
