Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Non-Compliance

I am in a divorce proceeding right now. My wife has been ordered by the courts to make the payments on our marital residence. After nearly 2 months she is still refusing to pay. How do I make her pay?

Re: Non-Compliance

If these are temporary Orders, you may need to wait for your trial date. Otherwise, you need to file for enforcement.

We can absolutely help.

I can explain the issues and procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
