Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

non-compliance with settlement agreement

My daughter's father and i reached a settlement agreement in court regarding his parenting time. We verbally agreed in court to the terms and stipulations that were stated on record. The order is still being drafted so we havent officially signed anything yet. I have complied with all aspects of the agreement and my daughter's father hasn't. For example, he is to provide me with his work schedule prior to his visitation time. He has yet to do this and it's been almost 2 months. He picks her up from her summer program several hours before the time that he's supposed to and as a result she misses out on certain field trips and activities which is dissappointing to her. Also, he leaves her in the care of his mother at times which is strictly agaisnt our terms of agreement. How do i go about getting the order enforced?

Thank you for your inquiry.

You can order a copy of the CD from the hearing and have it transcribed if you want to try to enforce it prior to the signing of the orders.
