Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

non-married father's rights

My girlfriend, who I no longer have a relationship with, refuses to allow me to see my eight month old son. I pay child support. What are my legal rights?

Re: non-married father's rights

You should have legal visitation privileges established which we can do. Please call 1-800-677-1010 to arrange a consultation. Keith Knochel

Re: non-married father's rights

You will need to establish paternity, i.e. you are the biological father, and in the same action you request visitation rights to your child. You can either contact me for a consultation or you can contact the Self-Help Center of the Maricopa County Superior Court for forms to Establish Paternity With Child Custody, Visitation and Support. The forms can be downloaded from

www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/ssc/sscforms.
